Dirty Dog Disc Dyes

SCOPE

Logo + Branding

Business Card Design

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Dirty Dog Disc Dyes is a small business located in Cambridge, Ontario providing custom disc dye artwork for disc golf players. The founder, Josh, wanted his brand to be a reflection of the 70s era and his personal interests such as comics and his incredible collection of vinyl, which became the source of inspiration for his brand. The typeface face used throughout the logo suite has been seen on 70s artifacts such as the album art of ACDC’s “Highway to Hell” and TIME’s 1975 cover of Elton John which influenced the timeless and dynamic design of the logo. The colour palette was inspired by classic comics, tie-dye, and Josh’s abstract artwork with the goal to make his customers feel nostalgic, inspired and creative when receiving their custom-dyed disc.

Sierra exceeded my expectations when creating my branding. I'm always receiving compliments on the design of my logo and business cards. I recommend her to anyone who is ready to invest in a designer.
