PROJECT OVERVIEW
Batt Capital is a real estate investment company based out of Toronto, ON. The mission of the company is to generate passive income and financial freedom through residential investments for their clients. Our goal was to create a brand identity that was modern, architecturally-inspired and resembled a high-end clientele. We achieved this through a sophisticated colour palette with hues of blue and brown to evoke trust and reliability as well as a bold yet sleek logo suite. This project was done in partnership with The Branders' Brand.
Sierra is truly the best at what she does. She has created a platform that is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but also easy for anyone and everyone to access. New clients are constantly recognizing me for how amazing my website looks.

The ultimate goal of the website was to allow for a seamless experience when users browsed the company’s portfolio of projects and upcoming investment opportunities. It was also important that there were many calls of action throughout the site for users to book an appointment with the Batt Capital team, including opportunities to subscribe to their property-specific newsletters. Additionally, our goal was to easily educate users about the different investment partnerships available, the company values and the competitive edge Batt Capital brings to the industry.
